Welcome to ToolHub ("Platform" or "we"). Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using any of our services. By accessing or using any feature of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. 1Service Description
ToolHub provides free online tool services covering PDF processing, image editing, video tools, AI assistance, text utilities, developer tools, calculators, and more. All services are provided "as is" without any express or implied quality guarantees. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to: • Modify, suspend, or discontinue any service or feature. • Adjust service limits, file size restrictions, or processing speeds. • Perform system maintenance that may temporarily interrupt services.
2User Eligibility
Our platform is open to all users aged 13 and above. No account registration is required. By using our platform, you represent that you: • Are at least 13 years of age; if under 18, you use our services under parental/guardian supervision. • Have full legal capacity, or have obtained lawful authorization from a guardian. • Agree to comply with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
3Acceptable Use
You agree to use our platform only for lawful, legitimate purposes. The following activities are explicitly prohibited: • Uploading, processing, or distributing files containing malicious code or viruses. • Processing files that infringe third-party intellectual property rights (unauthorized copyrighted content, etc.). • Using the platform for any illegal activity or conduct that violates ethical standards. • Distributing prohibited content, including but not limited to pornography, violence, or hate speech. • Interfering with, disrupting, or overloading our platform's infrastructure in any way.
4Automated Access Restrictions
Without our written permission, the following are strictly prohibited: • Using crawlers, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to access our platform at scale. • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to obtain our source code. • Attempting unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or backend systems. • Conducting any security testing or stress testing of our platform (contact us if needed). Violations may result in permanent IP bans, and we reserve the right to pursue legal remedies.
5File Processing Terms
By uploading files, you represent and warrant that: • You have lawful ownership or usage rights to the uploaded files, or have obtained explicit authorization from the rights holder. • Uploaded files do not contain illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights. • Processing results are for reference only; for important documents, please verify accuracy independently, as we do not guarantee complete correctness. • After processing, uploaded files and result files are automatically deleted from our servers. Please download your result files promptly.
6Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: • This platform is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure service and are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or processing errors. • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use our services. • Users who violate these Terms and cause legal disputes bear full responsibility for the consequences.
7Intellectual Property
• The platform's interface design, brand identity, code, and documentation are owned by ToolHub and protected by intellectual property laws in China and internationally. • Reproduction, distribution, modification, or use of our protected content in any form without written permission is prohibited. • You retain full intellectual property rights to all files and content you upload. We make no claim of ownership over user-uploaded content. • If you discover infringing content on our platform, please notify us at support@queryx.cn and we will address it promptly.
8Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. For significant changes, we will post a notice in a prominent location on the platform and update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
9Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from your use of this platform should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may submit the dispute to the competent People's Court with jurisdiction over the platform operator's place of domicile.
